About the Process
Site Survey
Your swimming pool construction project
begins with a comprehensive site analysis. We review your
yard and intended site options, and consider how the pool
will sit in the yard and blend with your landscape. We examine
the engineering aspects of your swimming pool—site elevation,
how the pool will drain, soil type, the potential for problems
with settling, and the need for in-ground support (if any).
At the time of your site survey, we discuss
your needs and wish list with you and provide you with a precise
quote. We offer consulting expertise to help you develop your
vision for your pool. We show you options, including colors
and patterns for your pool liner, and optional add-ins.
Installation
Once you accept our quotation, we provide
you with a start-to-finish timeline, and we stick to the schedule.
As your full-service contractor, we manage each step of the
process—from excavation through final grading of the
pool area to prepare it for any landscaping detail you choose
to put in. Our installation contract includes ground bonding
of the pool, but excludes running a gas line and electrical
circuits (typically 2-4 are needed). If you wish, we can suggest
a contractor for utility lines and coordinate closely with
them for a turnkey pool installation.
As a full-service pool contractor, our commitment
to detail and optimum performance of your pool shows itself
in the little things. For example, we generally fill in the
excavation site with limestone backfill for better drainage.
We position the drain tile in the best location to ensure
adequate drainage of water away from the pool. Our exacting
standards mean ease of maintenance and long-term reliability
for your swimming pool.
